We ship across Switzerland and Europe. Delivery within Switzerland is free via Swiss Post; for France and the rest of Europe it’s a flat €20 with Chronopost, and free on orders over €150.

We prepare and dispatch orders within 1–2 business days. Swiss deliveries then arrive in about 2–3 business days, and European ones shortly after depending on the destination. You’ll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

You have 14 days from delivery to return items that are unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with tags attached and original packaging. For hygiene reasons, sale items, underwear and accessories can’t be returned.

Email us at [email protected] with your order number, the item and the reason, and we’ll reply within 48 business hours. Returns within Switzerland are free with a prepaid label; for France and Europe, return shipping is at your expense unless the item is faulty or we made a mistake.

Once we’ve received and checked your return, we refund your original payment method within 14 days.

We’re sorry about that — it’s on us. Email [email protected] with your order number and a photo, and we’ll cover the return shipping and arrange a replacement or refund straight away.
